MOST of you have NO Clue that LINDSAY LOHAN, is, and always has been one of my FAVORITE Celebutantes of All-Time. There's Christina Aguilera, Lenny Kravitz, Pharrell and LINDSAY. Yea...That's RIGHT.
Ive been a supporter of Lindsay's through the HEIGHT of her FAME during the Mean Girls/ Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen Era, a la 2003/2004, as well as her Major Stints in Rehab for Drug and Alcohol Addictions.
I LOVE HER, for her Beauty, Style, On-Screen Personality and Media Angst, as well. YES...I admit that the Cocaine, Cigarette, Paparazzi Chase Drama, gives me FEVER.
I have EVERY SINGLE Magazine in which Lindsay graced the cover; 2006-2008.
Recently, Lindsay sat down with a reporter for INTERVIEW, and addressed a few issues that have been plaguing her, as of recently. I LOVE the Raw and Real essence of her answered details....
LL: I just feel as though it's become a situation where people have manifested this caricature of who I am, and they act as if there's no real person inside of it. I mean, people really have come to believe-directors, producers, agents, whoever it may be-that I started in this because I wanted to be a celebrity. But that was never my intention.
LH: You were a kid when you started working.
LL: I wanted to be a movie star. But movie stars are not what they used to be. When I was a kid, I thought movie stars were women and men who were in these great films that we still look at now. But I don't think there are too many films coming out these days that we're going to look at in the future and say, "This is one of the great ones." Like, what is the great film that I will tell my children about? I'm still going to tell them about the old films, the Hitchcock films. And people my age don't even know who those people are. I can't even have a conversation with most people of my generation about that, because they'd be like, "Okay, she's a freak. Something's wrong with her." And the worst part is, in terms of what people see of me, I have become this girl who just loves to be photographed, doesn't know how to focus, doesn't know how to work on set, just loves the attention, knows how to go out at night, knows how to party. And you know what? I was 20 years old. I never went to college. And I lived maybe six months out of my life like that, doing something wrong, and then I stopped. God forbid I should have ever learned my lesson. But at this point it's so hard for people to even believe that there was a lesson to be learned at all, because they just think I'm wrong. All these people think I'm never going to be right, because it's more interesting to fabricate this other girl. Who wants to read a tabloid story about a girl who is doing well?
LH: Or a girl who takes her responsibilities seriously.
LL: I mean, it's this business. Heath Ledger once said something about this to me. He said: "It's build you up to knock you down, and that's all it is. And you just have to see if you can stand through it." And it is like that, if you put yourself in this situation. I was young, so maybe I did . . . I always wanted to take the blame. I've always been apologetic for other people's faults.
LH: But part of that is what being young is about.
LL: And I didn't even try everything. I was too afraid. The one thing I tried was the wrong thing. And maybe it was just because I'd seen someone else in my family do it-not my mother. But, I don't know, it really . . . It sucks.

I was advised that the content VIOLATED the Terms and Services of YouTube's Rules and Regulations regarding Images and 'Appropriate' material.

Maybe the fact that Omar Epps, Taye Diggs, Terrance Howard, Marcus Patrick, David Beckam and Seth Gilliam are all NUDE in the Video, contributed to the Prude Pull of My Project. Nevertheless, since it is the END of 2008, and Im sort of WRAPPING UP the year, Ive decided to SHARE these rarely-seen Videos with ALL of My Socialites & Celeb.U.Tantes. I DO, indeed, HOPE you ENJOY Will Smith's BUTT, Brody Jenner's PENIS and Chace Crawford's CHEST. Meanwhile, I had NO IDEA that Mario's Body was so CUT, or that the Cast of Grey's Anatomy had such Plump Cakes. Pass Me a Slice...of Each.
Over the past year, especially within the past SIX months, I have been BLESSED and FAVORED in that God has given me the opportunity to use my Voice, as well as the Power of The Almighty Pen, to reach Thousands of Men and Women across the country and beyond. As the media blitz began with my first two, YouTube Videos, Young-Black & Gay in America[Parts 1&2], being placed on MediaTakeOut.com in summer of 2008, other media outlets have also featured my projects on their sites. My assistant, the other day, told me to place my name into a Search Engine; a notion that I had NEVER so much as thought about in my time spent in Los Angeles. He showed me various posts that had been made about me, via the World Wide Web during this significant period of Growth and Maturation that has framed my Life. Until a few days ago, I had NO idea that some of my Videos and Articles had been shared so frequently. It is TRULY an AMAZING feeling, especially, when your Brothers and Sisters stand alongside you, also in support of your Mission and Struggle. The Black, GLBT community can be a very Seedy and Scandalous venue of Forward Movement. Often times, Brothas will attempt to Wrip You into Shreds, BEFORE they will aid in uplifting your Energy and Spirit. Though Im SURE there are PLENTY of folks who Trash Me BEHIND Closed Doors, I am TRULY HONORED to know that there DOES xist a chosen few who are in 100% of Xem VanAdams. I was recently contacted by the Creative Director and CEO of Beluchi Lifestyle in regards to all of the work that Ive been doing in part of The Xem VanAdams YouTube Page and Videos. As a result, I have joined forces with the brand and website specifically, in creating Xclusive Videos that are marketed towards the Fashion Circuit- Beluchi Lifestyle Viewers; regarding the state of Young, Gay. Black men in America. This is yet another opportunity for me to EXPOSE issues and ideas that effect the Black, LGBT community; a sanction of individuals who arent specifically given a platform of recognition or media attention. For our first collaboration, I was asked to create a video that comments on the notion of OPULENCE. Specifically, I discussed Opulence, and the ways in which too many of our Young Men are garnering the surface aspects of Life's 'Jewels'. In the Video, I also share some tid bits regarding my own journey, and how STRUGGLE, SACRIFICE and HARD WORK are the basic means to attaining it all. I havent decided as to whether or not I will eventually release this video to my Core Audience.

Once again, with ALL of Your Unyielding means of LOVE and SUPPORT, I have reached yet another plateau in this journey. As of yesterday, November 19, 2008, The Xem VanAdams YouTube Page, in care of EMERALD EYE ENTERTAINMENT, reached our goal of 1,000 SUBSCRIBERS! Initially, we set a Long Term Goal to reach 1,000 Subscribers by My February 17th BirthDay. We've ACHIEVED this feat 3 Months Early.
Months ago, as my Star began to Shine Brighter, I discovered the Supreme and Raging talents of MarcusBellamy. As one of YouTube's most Promising and Well-Received Artists, Marcus embodies everything that I admire in the essence of other Young Brothas. As a graduate of New Yorks, infamous, The Julliard School, Marcus is hailed as one of the quintessential Performers, Directors, Dancers, Producers and Editors of our generation. Amongst a lot of the FLUFF that is presented in the Media Underground of YouTube and Other Public Forums, Marcus reigns as one of the Best. I am such an Admirer of his work.
As many of you already know, I LOVE to see the pairing of a Light Skin/Brown Skin couple. I was once the Light Skin Half of such an Existence. Between Man & Woman, Man & Man, Woman & Woman, as well as Other & Other, I just ADORE the aesthetic. Maybe its a bit Ridiculous and Superficial, BUT...since 2001/2002, Ive just ALWAYS found Light Skin/Brown Skin couples to be so ATTRACTIVE together.
Accordingly, PLEASE get into Marcus and His Boyfriend, as they have Launched AlotaBoutus, a separate YouTube channel that spotlights their differing views on various Surface, Social and Mainstream Topics. Their chemistry is INCREDIBLE, as I reminisce about my days sharing my life alongside a young man whose artistic passions allowed him to understand mine. I am just so PROUD to see our Brothas using their Creativity and Innovation BEYOND normal Standards and Circumstances.
