Im REALLY Irritated with the NERVE of certain Individuals in My Life. It BURNS Me Up when People Catch Massive Attitudes in the First Moment that You tell them NO; Especially when You're One of the Ones in their Life Who is ALWAYS saying YES.

Ive ALWAYS been the Type of Individual Who Sailed ABOVE and BEYOND the Call of Duty, to Accomodate My Friends, Family and Associates. I TRY, with Every Ounce of My Being to be AVAILABLE, UNDERSTANDING, SUPPORTIVE and Catering; of sorts.

I Realize, NOW, as Im SURE I have in the Past, that Once You GIVE People this type of Leverage, they Begin to XPECT it, on a Major Scale. People Dont ever STOP to realize that SOMETIMES, when You are Saying YES, You're doing So NOT because You Want to, Necessarily, BUT...to make Life just a tad bit EASIER for them.

Well, Ill Tell You Where I Draw the Line___________

NO ONE is going to actually POSE in FRONT of MY Camera, and then, XPECT to Filter through My Photos, Select the Ones they Most Approve of, and DICTATE TO ME, XEM, Which Photos I can Post, When I Can Post them, IF I Can Post them, or Xplain WHY they DONT Want Me to Post them. Ummm....Ive been taking Photos of the People in My Life; DIRECTLY and INDIRECTLY, for Well OVER 6 Years. BEFORE I even Created this Site Last Year, I posted ALL of MY Photos in Albums, Emails and Other Forms of Visual Media. NO ONE has EVER had Final Cut Decision, as to What gets Posted...INCLUDING My Own MOTHER.

For Now On...for those of You Who DONT Want to be Posted OnLine, DONT Stand in Front of My Lens. Sure, there are HUNDREDS of Photos that I NEVER So Much as Digitize or Edit for Public Consumption. HOWEVER, When I DO Decide to Publish a Pic, its MY CHOICE and MY RIGHT.

Writers STRIKE with My SUPPORT!

In case you've worked 62+ Hours this Past Week, as I Have, and Ignored the Inner HollyWood Press COMPLETELY; though I Havent, You probably are UNAWARE of the fact that You'll be watching ReRuns of ALL of Your FAVORITE Television Dramas, Comedies, and Talk Shows for the Next few MONTHS. YES!

Though the Fall 2007 Season is barely in FULL SWING, as we havent even Enjoyed the HOLIDAY Episodes, EVERYTHING in HollyWood, at this Moment, in regards to Television and Soon-2-Be, Films, has come to a SCREECHING HALT!~

So, in DAY 5 of What is yet, another Historical, Power Move on the Part of The WRITERS GUILD of AMERICA(The Organization that ALL HollyWood/Industry Writers Belong), the Group is DEMANDING to be FINANCIALLY COMPENSATED for ALL of the Writing that they Perform for these Successful Television Shows. As we ALL know, we Live in the Day and Age of Internet, Media Streaming and MASSIVE DVD Sales. The Public is Now Spending BILLION$ Upon BILLION$ of Dollars to Purchase DVDs that Contain the Full Season Episodes of their Favorite Television Series. In accordance, the Public ALSO Downloads Missed and Favorited Episodes via WebSites such as ITunes, EZShare, etc.
Whats HAPPENING is that though Producers and Studios are receiving Xtra, BONUS Revenue from the Sales of these Media Streams, Writers are NOT being compensated beyond their weekly Salaries! Can you Believe this Shit?

The TALENTED People, whom WITHOUT(The Writers), These Shows would NOT exist, are NOT receiving Financial Compensation, and Other Residuals, from the BILLION DOLLAR Sales of these DVDs and Internet Downloads. Recently, The Writers Guild of America presented before The Association of Motion Picture and Television Producers, additions to renegotiate their Contracts. Within the restructured contracts, The Writers requested a 2.5% Financial Salary Increase as a percentage of the BILLION$ that are being Made by MAJOR Studios.

AMPTP told the Writers,'NO!'

Umm...that request, on behalf of The Writers Guild, as far as Im concerned, is MORE than FAIR! Clearly...

As a Writer, it BOTHERS the Hell out of Me that Executives DONT Understand and/or Appreciate the HOURS upon HOURS of Time, Effort, Energy and Talent that goes into creating a 30-90 Minute Page Script; Highlighting Specific Character Dialogue, Action, Plot Structure, and then; Location. It is NOT an easy task to simply 'Whip Up' a Successful, Pleasing Script; of any kind. Its a LOT of Damn Work!...even When the Writer DOES know the Characters Well.

For Television Series such as DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, GREYS ANATOMY, HEROES, PRIVATE PRACTICE, GOSSIP GIRL, UGLY BETTY, etc., I can Only Imagine the Demands and Pressure that the Writers Feel, in having to create FRESH and VIVID Situations, Week after Gut Wrenching Week.
So, UNTIL The ASSOCIATION of MOTION PICTURE and TELEVISION PRODUCERS comes to its SENSES, and STOPS being so damn SELFISH, All of Our Favorite Shows are already about to go into Repeat Mode; 6 Months EARLY. And, for Series such as 24, which were to begin their Seasons in January, 2008; FORGET IT* With Writers NOT pumping Out Scripts, theres NOTHING to Shoot!

Just IMAGINE whats going to Happen when The SCREEN ACTORS GUILD comes to renegotiate their Contracts in July of 2008? IF they are NOT given their Fair Percentage from DVD and INTERNET Media Stream Sales, We will NOT be watching ANYTHING!... No Winter 2008 Films, and No Fall 2008 Television Premieres; which in Turn Means NO 2009 Oscar or Emmy Awards~

So MANY Talented Lighting Technicians, Editors, Grip Men, Wardrobe Coordinators, MakeUp Artists, Camera Men and Set Designers Have Been and are Presently being Laid Off. Though this means that Families are having to Financially reorganize their LifeStyles...
