Since the Legendary, Auteur Filmmaker is having EXTREME difficulties with Paramount Pictures, in securing the Green Light for his James Brown, Biopic Picture, Spike Lee has begun Filming a New Cinematic Project.
THE MIRACLE OF ST. ANNA, which will be shot predominately in ITALY, tells the Real-Life Tale of Four 'Negro' 92nd Division, Buffalo Soldiers, who while on the run in Italy, come across a Tuscan Village where Partisans are attempting to Xpose a Traitor in their Midst.
Other than Orson Wells and the Critically Acclaimed, Stanley Kubrick; who I studied in GREAT DEPTHS in Film School, Spike Lee is only the 3rd American Director to film a Project in Italy.
Meanwhile, I Sure am CURIOUS as to WHO would have been playing JAMES BROWN; or who May STILL even portray the Musical Legend, in a Future, On-Screen, Biopic. I HOPE they wouldnt just run to Jamie Foxx to pull off the Role. UGH!
