OSCAR Season is Almost HERE!~

As One of My FAVORITE Times of the Year approaches, Thanksgiving and Oscar Season, I Cant help but to be Extremely XCited!* I have been Xtremely BORED and Uninterested in the Cinematic Crap that has Bombarded the Movie Complex' across the Country, over the past FOUR, Long Months. I am Ever So Anticipating the Big Screen Performances of Film Legends, DENZEL WASHINGTON, TOM CRUISE, MERYL STREEP, NICOLE KIDMAN, JOHNNY DEPP, TOM HANKS, JULIA ROBERTS and DANIEL DAY LEWIS.

There is a Plethora of Great Plot Lines, Visual Artistry, Theatrical Chemistry just awaiting my Gaze and Analyzation.

EVERYONE, it seems, is sitting upon the Pulse of AMERICAN GANGSTER; for it is SURE to present the Same, if not, Better, Crime vs. Logic vs. Emotional Indulgence that Martin Scorsese gave us with Last Years Oscar Winning, BEST PICTURE; The Departed.

The MAIN element, However, thats going to prevent AMERICAN GANGSTER from Winning BEST PICTURE at the February, 2008 Oscar Awards, is, indeed, the Fact that its already being Compared to Last Years Top Winner.

Time will Tell... But...with the Weather FINALLY Cooling down, and Summer Flicks quickly being Pulled from the Movie Theaters; I am Thrilled to be able to absorb the Real, Essence of Filmmaking, and Plain Ol...GOOD Cinematic Projects~

I went to go see The Kingdom last night starring Jamie Fox. And the movie was awesome and to me screams OSCAR. If you see the movie...the last couple lines of the movie will tell you why. I think everyone should check it out. More movies are being made as a result of the war we now fight in Iraq. Reese Witherspoon will be starring in Rendition which is sure to turn heads based on Au Bougrade (spelling??) prison. And then this other movie you mention with Tom Cruise and Meryl Streep I believe. It's funny how movies do base themselves on current events. Goes to make one wonder....do styles effect media or does media effect our style and way of living?
