The NEW Education Secretary

Yesterday, President Elect, Barack Obama, made the concious decision to appoint Arne Duncan as The Education Secretary. Presently, Arne Duncan is the Head of Chicago's School System, and has proven to be the most hands-on of hands-on practitioners. He is hailed as one of the few who has worked tirelessly to IMPROVE teacher quality amongst the detrimental Chicago School System. Duncan has raised achievement in the nation's 3rd Largest School District and has faced the Challenge of shuttering failing schools, by first replacing ineffective teachers and staff.

Obama is Hell-Bent on providing a wholesome education to our children across the country. Though Im just beginning to read about this 44 year old educator and leader, Im already impressed with his stats and printed reputation. We'll See...

My Future Son and Daughter are STILL NOT attending Public Schooling. They're going to ART SCHOOLS Dammit.
